Offering Nutrition Consulting services since 2004 Consultant and owner Tammy Grayum, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian and member of the American Dietetics Association with extensive experience in all areas of Food and Nutrition including Long Term Care, Individual Consultation and Nutrition Presentations.
Tammy started her career in acute care hospitals as a clinical dietitian, while also creating healthy recipes for a local St. Louis business and then spent several years as a Food Service Director and Staff Dietitian at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Tammy has also written nutrition and recipe review articles.
